This is my first try at a brisket, its a 6# trimmed flat. Started by getting it ready to go with some pecan chunks
![]() I used a large pizza stone on the bottom grill ![]() The top rack sits on top of the pizza stone, it only has legs on half the rack so to keep it stable I used a piece of wire to hold one side down. ![]() ![]() time to put the brisket on, I seasoned with uncle chris steak seasoning and black pepper over night. ![]() set the temp right about 275 ![]() and away we go ![]() |
