Default Spare Ribs (pr0n)

Recent spares I did in my 22 1/2" WSM.

275F for about 4 1/2 hours. 3 hours unfoiled then about 1 1/2 hour foiled with squeeze butter, honey and brown sugar, until they passed the toothpick test. I used KBB and chunks of hickory.

Some of the best spares I've made.

First 2 racks rubbed.

Second 2 racks rubbed.

WSM lit.

Coming up to tempurature.

2 racks on the bottom grate.

2 racks on the top grate.

First rack done.

Second rack done.

Third rack done.

Fourth rack done.

Pot of ribs ready to eat.

Beer of the day.

Bob

Those look great. I was thinking about doing some ribs this weekend, think I'll go for untrimmed spares - old school.
