I asked for some chile pequins. He sent me two bags of super hot pequins/tepins and about ten jars/shakers of hot sauce, peppers, rubs. Hot in....hot out. Thanks Bob. I love ya!

Tepin is a type of pepper, almost every Mexican or Latin market will have the dried ones. They look about the size of a raisin, dark to medium red and quite hot. The Pequin and Tepin are slightly different, but, functionally, they are the same on the palate

The pequins I get around here aren't as hot as the tepins though.
