Default First Brisket

So I've been lurking around here for a while, taking in as much info as possible. After spending the last week reading every thread on brisket I could find I finally gave it a shot. Couldn't find a packer so I picked up a 5# flat from Costco, rubbed it with salt, pepper and cayenne, tossed on the smoker at 225-250 and let her ride. Came out tasting better then I expected.

What you guys think?

Taste was great. Tenderness was good passed the pull test. It wasn't dry at all which surprised the hell out of me, but no one that ate it had any complaints so how can I?

No no foil. I wanted to just go as simple as possible. Put it on around 9, didn't look at it till 5 and pulled it off around 730.
