I like the pivoting stuffer barrel for easy refills and the electric motor with the foot pedal switch for easy hands free operation....

Was the motor an addition or is that the way it came?

The motor was extra but still much cheaper than a dedicated electric stuffer.

Nice setup! I've been eyeing one of those mixers for awhile now. When we butcher hogs everything is still mixed by hand.

I'm processing a hog Dec 8th and several deer in the coming month. I'm sure my arms will thank me.

I have the 1hp grinder like your's. I really like it a lot. It will knock out a ton of meat in no time flat.
