How many open bottles in your fridge? Mine used to look like Jasons above, then I got the idea to combine all of them into one; we call it "Pot Luck" and is a combination of all of those we'd opened. So, the answer is, for me, ONE (using a gallon jug from Blues Hog).
How many are you feeding. 3 in the house, but for BBQ usually 15-20 folks.
When has a bottle of sauce been around long enough? When it's gone.

How many are you feeding - usually 3-4, but as many as 15 at a time depending on the event.
When has a bottle of sauce been around long enough - Can't answer this one. They usually get combined into one large bottle, which ends up being the favorite. Problem is that the fam always likes the pot luck sauce and I can never duplicate it again.
