We have a set of Henckels in the kitchen. Somehow, the knife destruction gnomes are always busy in the Yacht Club kitchen so there are constantly nicks in the blades. I keep a medium Kiwi and a Kiwi paring in the cupboard. For me. No one else is allowed to touch them. Also, I was given a small set of Mundial knives by my teammate. I added to what I was given and I am very happy with those too. (They stay in a knife case in the BBQ shed. Comp knives.) Best prices I've found for the Mundials is at www.missionrs.com
