Default Friends 50th Birthday Party

Howdy...

Cooked some BBQ for 90 people at a friends 50th birthday party last saturday.

Menu was Dates and Plums wrapped in Bacon, Peach stuffed MOINK Balls, Pork Tenderloin with Serrano ham, Parmesan and Mafia Coffee rub, Maple PigWings, Quesadilas with grilled Chicken, Planked Salmon with honey Lime Dressing, Pork loin with Apricit and Bourbon Glaze, Pork Powder and Bourbon marinated Pork Neck and Dancing Sirtaki Pork Neck, Texas Style Loin Ribs, Tequila Sunrise Turkey Breast and Ribeye and Striploin Beef roasts. Dessert was Rotisserie Pineapple with brown sugar, chili powder, cinnamon and rum, served with vanilla ice and pina colada cream.

Had a great time there and made my friend a very happy panda

So long,

DM
