So after three attempts I finally managed to make a perfect Juicy Lucy last night. Seasoned just right and cooked perfectly and did not fall apart. I will definitely be doing this again. Today its a Chuckie, but my food probe for the ET-732 capped out on me so I have to pull out my cheapo back up.

Looking good. That has the OOZE factor going on. Just like hot lava on your lips and chin if you are not careful. Dang you made me hungry for a burger.

I used to live in St. Paul and still make sure to hit the Blue Door every visit. Nice cook. Those half or three-quarter pounders?

I bought a Jucy Lucy yesterday and used it last night. Burgers were HUGE! I took a little off of them and used the bottom side to flaten it out.
Burgers stayed together very well during the cook and were fantastic! Going to love experimenting with what you can stuff in them. |
