I just got my Craycort grates today. It says I just can wipe them off and cook with them right out of the box. After I cook with them, what is the best way to keep them from rusting. They will be stored in my Performer outside, but with a cover on the grill. I would think they would still be exposed to some moisture just from the humidity and all. An one have any suggestions for the best way to keep these in good shape.
Thanks, Chris

I leave my Craycorts on my Performer under a cover, like you plan to. The only problem I have had is the time I forgot to cover it and we got rain.
This video may help:

Thanks for the video. I took them out this morning and put them in the grill and put a light coat of cooking oil on them. I hope that I can use them this weekend!
