Default Smokin ham times?!

I'm doing a practice run on a ham shank... About 10 lbs... I plan on using my traeger. Gonna run low and slow 185* for about an hour and then finish it off at 250*. Anyone have an estimate on how long I should expect to smoke this baby!?
