Boss asked me to smoke up two ~8# turkey breasts for our office Thanksgiving party tomorrow. Obviously there will be no brining due to time constraints. If anyone knows roughly how long it might take to cook these partial birds that would be super helpful so I can plan appropriately for tomorrow morning.
Planning to cook 325-350F. Thanks!

You will want to cook til 170.
You could inject with creole butter if you dont have time to brine. I would guess 4 hours on cook time. jon |
