DUDE. Cut up an apple, add a bunch of brown sugar and cinnamon and stuff that fatty, then wrap the whole thing in a bacon weave (for instructions, ask the cowgirl). It will friggin' blow your mind.

I can personally attest to this...except Redhot did a pastry wrap.

This one sounds awesome...could put the pizza crust around it much like the philly cheese steak for the same effect.

One of our favorites at this or any time of the year. Our Thanksgiving fattie. One lbs. Jimmie Dean sausage mixed with one lbs. ground pork then layed out flat and stuffed with dry herbed pre packaged stuffing mix,deli turkey slices and whole berry cranberry sauce. then dry rubbed and smoked to 165 internal and served with a cranberry bbq sauce. Google Patio Daddios cranberry bbq sauce (excellent).
