Brisket, Butt, Chicken and Hot Links
Decided to do a bit of cooking today. I'm gonna cook a bit of everything. Started off with the brisket. Keeping it simple, just a 50/50 mix of Kosher Salt and course ground Black Pepper.
12lb choice brisket  With the KISS rub  Also cooking a small 5lb Butt  More to come
