I am in the process of starting a food truck and I am hoping to get some suggestions of some things. First is I am trying to decide on a smoker to get. I am deciding between a FEC120 and a Ole Hickory CTO. I have never used a pellet smoker before but I see a lot of people using them at competitions. Next question would be as far as materials for the inside of the truck like 3 bay sinks, fryers, flat top...ect anyone know of some good places to look for these. I check craigslist and listings on here for things but I am trying to see if anyone knows of some places that may have used parts from restaurants closing down. I really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

Find a restaurant equipment service/repair man in your area, he knows where to get what you want or will let you know when he comes across the items.
