Well, it looks like we're in! A little late in the season, but in nonetheless. Spokane County has some of the most difficult HD regulations to pass anywhere in the US. We' received written approval on our menu and plans, now just to schedule the inspection and pay the $700.00 fee...
I have a full time job I'm happy with, but LOVE cooking for the masses. So we've decided to do some catering/special events for fun!

I've learned A LOT from the brethren, and even from this forum specifically, and I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all of your input, and continued support! With ANY luck, the demand for my Q will outweigh my demand for my 9-5 job, and we can do what we love for a living! But I'm not holding my breath, just gonna have fun with it for now!

That would be the dream, but doesn't seem realistic in this area...
For now, I'm just having fun with it!
