Pork Egg Rolls & Apple Crisp Pizza (Pics)

I haven't made pork egg rolls in a while and I wanted to use the remainder of the leftovers so here is tonight's dinner. Also went to a local orchard on Sunday with some friends any my girlfriend and she has been making apple deserts. Tonight she made an apple crisp pizza.

Pork and slaw

All rolled up

Frying up

All done

Apple crisp prep

Adding the crumble

And done with ice cream and caramel

Yes I have also done like a pork southwestern egg roll thing with black beans and corn.

I almost love apple crisp with vanilla ice cream more than pork and slaw. I said almost.
