I have been doing this in my foil step for the past few cooks and really like it. Seems to provide a wonderful counterpoint to spicy heat.

Good lookin ribs! I bet they didn't last long!! Nice amount of smoke too.
Next time I do ribs on my offset I gotta try a honey glaze.
