Never heard of those - wow! A lot of possibilities there - sausage, chix, etc..looks fantastic esp. for cooler weather - I can just see biting into one of those and seeing the steam...

Pat Thanks! I've been doing more dutch oven cooking lately than ever. They are easy to use.... My kinda cookin'!

Still using the goodies you sent. Can't thank you enough! Made chili yesterday with the New Mexico Hatch powder. It was excellent!

Did you use AP flour or self rising flour? The filling reminds me of my wife's Polish grandmother. She made cabbage rolls with a filling similar to yours. I think it was called gawumke. Spelling is probably wrong on that name. Thanks for your post.

Thank you ribsrdone! I use AP flour for this. Your wife's grandmother's recipe sounds interesting. Maybe they are the same thing as bierocks. I will look for gawumke... thanks!!
