DOG is a degraded model of WOLF.
One probe, one output.
AC/DC Adapter 12 VDC 5 Amps.
Digital Programmable PID SSR output 12 VDC 2 Amps.
4 temperature stages,
high/low temperature alarm, C- F option.
Fan 10 CFM. Optional 50 CFM.
You can define maxmium and minimium speed of fan by changing parameters of UDC and HDC. This way you can use 50CFM fan as 10 CFM fan when used in a smaller smoker.
Dog is same kind as Auber except bigger Amps, flexible fan, and 4 temerature stages. Dog and Auber are one generation better than IQ 110 and Guru NANO.

The probe in these photos looks like what the meat probe should be in your other models. Are the probes interchangeable? I would like to be able to use this as the meat probe on my Wolf model.
