LOW voltage/Low Amps on the controller or the remote set

One buyer sent back WOLF. I check it and every thing is in good order.
Checking with buyer, he used a battery from a notebook. It is 12 VDC but only 500 ma. WOLF needs 2000 ma.

One buyer of Tiger reported no communication between remote set and the Tiger. I asked hm to check battery on the remote set. After changing new battery, it works!
