Default Mini WSM Appreciation Thread

We have one for everything else Weber, so why not the mini-WSM?

I'll show you mine (with my sous chef), you show me yours.

Built it a week ago.

I've been meaning to cook on it, but it has been so hot and humid on Los Angeles and I've had family out visiting for the last several days that I haven't yet.

SJ Silver, Vasconia pot, drilled bottom. I can read the dial from inside the house. I love this thing!

I love mine, took my q to the next level.

First charcoal smoker, but too small.
So I built an uds!

Built this guy in May by drilling out the bottom.
It has taken over a lot of the light duty smoking that my WSM once performed.
