Default Padawan and Phubar's Australian GrainPhed,Kalbi Kui,Peppered Cow BeePh Shortribs Pron

Yesterday Padawan and I wanted to practice our comp plates for next month but we got sidetracked.

It begun when we were doing groceries...I stumbled upon a package of beePh shortribs.
I asked the butcher if he had these in stock for a long period cause I have never seen them bePhore.
He said that it was quite rare to have these beePh cuts in the store.....without hestitating we bought the beePh,it was quite expensive though.

Second sidetrack was that Padawan's SIL and Brother skeeeeered the sh!t out of us by entering Padawan's house without noticing upPhront.....Padawan's SIL got the keys to her house.
She got us real good...I was shocked for a Phew seconds but it took awhile for Padawan turned to her old self.

SIL brought some moonshine made out of cane sugar from Cape Verde (SIL is from Cape Verde).....she brought 2 types:1st was the real deal the 2nd was also good but sweeter and more of a women's drink or a dessert drink.
We got quite "lit" (Guerry mod) so there wasn't much comp practicing going on.

For starters we had some of Belgians Phinest.
Main course was Kalbi Kui style marinated beePh shortribs with glassnoodles.
The shortribs were dusted with a bit of Simply Marvelous Peppered Cow bePhore they hit the grill.

I liked the Kalbi Kui marinade alot but I'm not sure about the end result of the shortribs.
We ate it down to the bone but my gut says it could've cooked longer...they were in the smoke for about 3 hours at about 250-300F.

This was my Phirst time for shortribs and I didn't this case I was looking at the pullback,at the end of the cooking and resting the ribs were redish on the inside like a good roast but the shortribs I've seen on this forum are not as redish like mine was.

Also scored 6kg of rhubarb to smoke up for dessert and/or BBQ sauce...
