I hope this the right spot for this:pray: Saturday i took a bbq class with Harry Soo from Slap Yo' Daddy BBQ, if you get a chance to take one of his classes do so!

I enjoyed it very much, i learned how to prepare ribs, chicken, pork butt and brisket, how to apply rub (for the record i am a total newbie:oops:) plus a few other things.

Harry is a very down to earth guy and is interested in passing what he knows, i love his setup (2 WSMs) very simple but effective.

All in very much worth it:thumb:
 
Ron I heard that class was good as well. I also heard that he won vegas on 1 WSM!!
 
I too have been to Harry's class and he is an excellent teacher and shows you everything plus you do it to practice with him.
 
Man I would love to be able to attend one of his classes!! Your a lucky man!

Where do you find out about when they are? I wouldn't mind checking that out one of these days.
 
Ya he was saying he was full thru Oct. He said something about using only one WSM in Vegas.
