Platte City BBQ Cook-Off
I'm relatively new here and very new to the competition thing. I will be cooking my second-ever contest at Platte City on May 11-12.
Is anyone else planning to attend? I'd like to put some faces to the names here and meet some people...and I will probably ask a few questions about the many things I'm doing wrong. :)
