Steak was done medium. GF won't eat it rare, but that bad boy was as tender as a babies bottom and lot's of flavor. It just sat a while before the pic was taken. Def. melt in your mouth quality and good flavor from my homemade rub of salt, pepper, brown sugar, garlic, mustard and cayenne.
Camera is a Canon Power Shot A560. Cheapo camera from Best Buy for like 150 4 years ago.
