thanks yall. I've used different mccormick seasonings but my wife and I don't really care for them all that much. I do like the cooper's seasonings and the good ol Texas salt and pepper way. I guess when I get done makin my pit/smoker there is gonna have to be a lot of taste testing to follow.

Medium Rub from Smokin' in the Dark! My 'go to' for pork butt.

Anything from Dizzy Pig...and I have some "heffer dust' on its way that I am going to try out from Spicewine Iron Works.
