Intermediate BBQ Class, BBQ 201 March 31, 2012

The Big Meats (Brisket and Pork Shoulder)

Taught By: Pitmaster Dan Hixon 3 Eyz BBQ

We will holding a Intermediate BBQ Class at the store. Dan will focus on the fundamentals of BBQ to make you a better cook.

The instruction and lecture portions will be held indoors and demonstrations we be outside. Please dress for cold weather.

Class size is limited.

The class sold out quickly. Dan is letting us open up the class to 5 more students.

The last class was a great time and we expect nothing less with this one.

I'd love to attend, but can't make it this weekend. Will there be any more classes over the summer or fall?

Only 75 dollars? That sounds like a steal! It's also nice to see classes for amatures.

Working on a date for a full 4 meats KCBS class for beginners (No GC's). Probably in the September timeframe though.

This is the one time where I am happy I have never had a GC.

So very bummed. I totally missed the advertisement of this class. I loved the BBQ101 class and was looking forward to this one. Hopefully you'll have the one in the fall that I can go to.

Was a great class... and alot of laughs.

Autographs, Anne Burrell, and a drinking game almost broke out... each time a particular rub was mentioned.
