Attended the Johnny Trigg class last weekend at Big Poppa Smokers. the class was awesome and Big Poppa and his team were very gracious. If you ever have a chance to take this class do not pass it up and if it is at the Big Poppa facility you will be treated like family.

We are excited to announce that we will be partnering with Eggs by the Bay in Santa Clara, CA, to teach a class on "Fundamentals of Championship BBQ" on April 21. Eggs by the Bay is owned by Darry Smith (SMITTYtheSMOKER here on Brethren).

We'll be covering the four meats and cooking on WSMs. Here are links to the press release and enrollment form.

This is in response to al of you that contacted me and Todd regarding missing the previous session this spring. This class will again be limited, we only can handle a certain amount of people so don't miss it this time.
