Default Ribs and chile verde

Roasted a bunch of Poblanos, Habaneros, Jalapenos and Anaheim peppers right on the coals of the BGE this morning.
Then I dropped it down to 325 and roasted an onion and 8 tomatillos

Then I lowered the temp to 275 and plopped on some ribs rub with Yardbird and SM Cherry.

They were really good

While they were cooking, I fired up the MAK and cooked up a big pile of rib tips that I had frozen.

Here's the chile verde on the BGE cooking away. I just love that stuff! Can't wait till tomorrow so I can plop some of that on a tortilla.

Looks great Marty! Hmmm, maybe I need to walk over with a pack of tortillas and "take a look at that MAK" of yours tomorrow.

Right here, thanks to Moose!
Granted, mine is a little hotter since I added 4 Habaneros and such
