Default First attempt EVER at making fatties

My buddy and I were planning on a guy's night last night since our ladies had plans and we figured since neither one of us had attempted fatties yet (and b/c we read about them so much on this forum) we figured we might as well try em' out. We tried 4 variations:

1) Hawaiian - mild sausage, sweet ham, pineapples and cheese
2) Meat and veggie - mild sausage, red and green bell pepper, sweet onion, garlic, pepperoni and cheese
3) Spicy meat and veggie - same as above but with spicy sausage and jalapenos added
4) Spicy mushroom - spicy sausage, mushrooms, jalapenos, sweet onion and garlic

Cook them on the Weber OTG kettle for 2 hours at 275. They weren't completely done, but it was getting late and we were starving so we pulled them. Only thing that was slightly noticeable was that some of the shredded sharp cheddar hadn't completely melted, but that wasn't a big deal. These things were gut busters and I had to go lay down about 30 minutes later :)
