Default Phubar's خروف with الكسكس Pron Pt.2

The couscous dish is called "tabouleh".
Probably many Arabian people would love to try mine but they can't.....it has pork and drunk raisins in them.

This tabouleh was stuPhed with ingredients...

-couscous
-homemade smoked chickenbroth.
-pulled chicken
-scallion
-mint
-parsley
-cherry tomatoes
-spicey red pepper
-garlic
-smoked Stroh rum drunk raisins
-smoked pine nuts
-pomegranate
-smoked bacon
-olive oil
-tomato paste
-lemon juice
-salt
-pepper

Racks were rubbed with Dizzy Pig's Red Eye Express and a paste of garlic, parsley, rozemary, mint, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Also made a veggie pan with zucchini, eggplant, tomato sauce, herb butter, parmigiano reggiano.

Padawan's dessert was drunk mango with homemade Greek yoghurt/limonchello icecream...
