Hot Wing Rub or Cajun Rub???? VOTE NOW!!!

I may do another limited release around June but not sure which rub I want to do. As many of you know, I released 150 of our HOT WING RUB. We have since reformulated it to eliminate the clumps and make it easier to work with (packaging & application). I also have a CAJUN RUB I have had on the back burner. It is a revised version of our old Blackening Rub.

If you would be so kind, please let me know which blend you would like me to release. If you could ask others who might not see this (can't post in Q Talk) to vote, it would be greatly appreciated.

A cajun rub would be fun and interesting but I really have to wonder how often I would actually use it.

Tough one! I have some Wing Rub now, so that leads me to say I want to try Cajun Rub. However, by June I'll probably have used off all my Wing Rub and will want more.

My final answer: BOTH!

Hot Wing Rub reformulated! I love it but it is a pain to work with between the clumping and the napalm effect!

I just put the clumpy stuff in a zip lock sammich bag, and gently whack it with the flat side of my meat hammer and then smoosh it with my fingers. (I know, that sounds obscene but...)

Also, I mixed a half cup of the wing rub with two cups of apple cider and heated in a pot stirring to blend and used as an injection on a shoulder picnic. Best picnic I ever made. I vote for more Wing Rub!
