Actually was, but the marinade was chock full of key lime juice, which prolly helped out a lot.

Are we allowed to submit the feminine version of the fattie here? Not sure what they should be called though. Fattie just doesn't seem right.

Here's mine, I don't have any sliced pics, but I used sliced green peppers, onions, local meat markets fresh breakfast sausage and their thick sliced Bacon. Bacon rocks!
