Good Day my fellow brethren.

Id like to say thank you too all of you who have posted anything related to what is the glory of the UDS. I decided to build three of them this past november and I could not have done it without all of your help. They are working out better than I could have imagined.

I am looking forward to competition this spring!

What, NO BRISKET. Just kidding, great looking chow . I love my UDS also. I finally did a Brisket on mine last weekend and it was wonderful.
