This is some fabulously tasty stuff right out of the bag. We're doing a cook review in a few days, but based on our initial tastes, I'd go ahead and order!

The final version is very similar to the latest sample I sent you. The only difference is a bit less twang. It still has a twang but it is not overpowering.

Yes, we had plans to use the new sample you sent us on some wings last weekend but it was all whacked with my mom being in the hospital. The flavor was fantastic though, more heat, deeper profile!

Hope your mom is ok! The latest sample you have has a much deeper profile than the first. The heat will not be increased on this blend. I do have a SUPER HOT blend on the horizon. Maybe the next edition. It will be unique and won't be using habanero. I have some other super hot chilis up my sleeve.
