Hey QBones, still in the works, just ironing a few details out. Been doing some test runs and have been able to maintain 325-350 degrees on about 8#'s of charcoal for several hours. I've actually shut the smoker down at 8PM gone out the next morning at 6AM and still be sitting at 150*
