No she's not....
Other priorities have kinda taken over... Still trying to source a trailer frame. Trying to avoid having to build one from scratch! We'll see though, That might just have to happen. I will def update this thread when it happens. Hopefully before March next year. No immediate need for the trailer right now. I'll sort it out soon enough though. Cheers

![]() ![]() ![]() Went to look on this today. Been having a hard time finding a trailer that would "fit the pocket" so to speak. This one was almost a giveaway. Got it for a good deal. The guy had just finished his house, bought a generator which btw came with a trailer which he didn't need... Works out for everyone. It's probably slightly on the small side but I can extend and change the wheel positioning to accommodate. Should be picking it up this weekend! Pretty excited!![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cheers

The trailer's finally coming together guys! Picked it up yesterday. It was raining all day so I didn't get a chance to do anything but I did get some stuff done on it today. I had a piece of grill (safety grill for a house) an I cut it to fit the trailer to help distribute the weight of the smoker. I also moved the wheels back 8" to accommodate the center of gravity. It's gonna be fun trying to figure out how I'm gonna get the smoker on here.
![]() ![]() . Hopefully the trailer will be ready by tomorrow. All I have to do left is bolt the security grilling to the trailer and top it all with a sheet of ply and paint. I am going to have some tabs welded on for the smoker to attach to! Should work... we'll see. . Well here are a couple pics.![]() ![]() Might have another update tomorrow if all goes well. Cheers

When I built mine I think the trailer design took the most engineering. I had the smoker design in my head but it would not fit any trailer I had seen. So, I built the trailer first. Roadworthy and safe were the priorities. All said and done it was not heavy enough on the tongue. The first fix that came to mind was moving the axle. Too much work on a finished rig. The next fix was to build the wood box bigger and keep it full. That worked.

Anyways I finally found this one and it really is perfect. I moved the axel back and cut the legs of the smoker to sit better on the trailer. I installed her bolted her down over the weekend. Liking how its looking so far. Nice and compact. Weight distribution isn't bad. All I have to do not is paint it black and install a rail and a work shelf. Shouldn't take too long. Here's where I'm at so far. ![]() ![]() Thanks for looking. Cheers
