WOW..Thank you so much for sharing those pics of your family. I love to see how different cultures cook. The use of the coconut shells was great, would love to taste the flavor that gives the meat.

Wow, that is a great post, that was nicely done with the piggy. They must have had fun with you when you asked about naming the pig. I love the low tech, low material cooking. I also love Philipino roast pig, although Crispy Pata is what really kills me.

I noticed nobody mentions the blood and intestine stew. everything but the bones and hair get eaten. even all the blood is saved. they dont waste any calories

tuba is made differantly in differant area but is still basically the same. should be called "stand up, fall over" . used to drink it in "yap" kinda sweet. then when you stand up, you fall over ! piggy looks great. pics remind me of growing up on yap.
