BBQ-Money raising time to help fun our trip south

Money raising time to help fun our trip south, I have 225lbs of pork butt to cook wed night - 8 cans of beans ”done up my way”…planning for 400, (a bump up from last years fund raiser) last year we did a pulled pork samie, coleslaw, chips and a soda for 8.00$ …this year I’m making my beans instead of slaw and tossed in a dill pickel1/4 …….upped the price to 10.00….we are also doing 11 meals for 100.00 on" preorders" (got over 100 meals on that one so far!)………should help to keep the lines down( ain’t nothing worst than somebody wanting ”One meal” waiting behind a guy who wants 10 to go !) we got 300+ thur the line in <2 hours…………hope all goes well and a bear don’t get at my 6 wsm’s on wed’s nite, or there will be some bear roasts bbqing
