I somehow doubt that the chicken was NOT spoiled, after all, even at 35º to 38ºF in a "walkin beer cooler uncovered for 3 weeks" Uncovered.... 3 weeks.... says it all.. Yuck. Either get the poor bast*** some training, or fire him.
