They do look good. Try adding grilled corn, goat cheese and freshly shaved white cheader to the cream cheese and baste them with a red peper-tomato sauce. Looks like you have them cooked perfectly.

Damn they look good. It is still amazing to me that anytime I smoke lots of food that a lot of people love these the most out of anything. Someone suggested to me that I add some o fmy rub into the cream cheese and that is great for more spice and sometimes if you want them sweet I add brown sugar and/or honey.

I have one of those. Make sure you get the right size peppers so they aren't too big and also so they don't fall through. The corer works very good. G
