Nicely done! I don't have a performer but seeing this mod has given me an idea of adding a paper towel dispenser to the folding table I use between my grills... nice work!

What are you using for a folding table, size and brand? I am looking for something that is sturdy.

Neat, but my grill lives outside and I'd never remember to bring the paper towels inside. With old rags/towels, it don't much matter.
