I finally got up to Brees Market and stocked up on the Rub Co's rubs as well as filling my freezer with some choice and prime meat. That is a great butcher shop to say the least.

The Santa Maria rub has to be the best one we have ever used on a Tri-tip. We have been using it on steaks, burgers, and even in meatloaf it's quite universal. I also used your Original rub on a pork tenderloin last weekend too...my family is hooked!
