Default Santa Maria Style chicken

Just wanted to share a few pics of some chicken thighs I did last weekend, my favorite part without a doubt. Used a simple marinade, and cooked them over some oak in the pit.

Nice looking chicken! Be careful cooking in sandals, I learned that one the hard way!
