Default JD, Venison, Smoked Chicken Enchillada and Turkey Legs
So, someone saw my add on Facebook and called to order ten Turkey Legs. Then someone ordered six more... So I bought 18 and had at it. Some of these buggers weighed in at a bit over 2 pounds, and some were down to .8 pounds.

In the center of the Turkey Leg Wheel in the second pic are four JD chubs. The K-Mart I have my HD Cart opens at 5 on Black Friday, so I will be there at 4 with smoked suasage Biscuits & Gravy. Devoted to public service as I am..

I had some smoked chicken legs left over (20 or so) and I shredded the meat and made Smoked Chicken Green Enchilladas. Man they were farkin great! Another guy wanted about some fresh venison smoked. All in all it was a productive day!
