For anyone in PNWBA land interested in getting into competition cooking, this class is being offered during the Cascade Country Cookoff.

This class will be held Nov. 6th and 7th in Lenox Twp. Michigan. This is about 30 miles north of Detroit. I'll be looking into some lodging info if needed.

Im actually doing that class with my wife this Saturday. We are both excited, but We have already done one of the classes by PNWBA earlier this year and we almost decided to do the cascade country cook-off instead but we decided we haven't had enough experience to do the actual competition so we are going to take this class and try to participate in the Oregon state Fair competition (Blues, Brews, BBQ) in a few weekends.
