Served these for lunch to the family with a side of ABT. sorry... no cooking pr0n.

Grilled corn tortilla
Tri-Tip (salt, pepper, granulated garlic rub)
Caramelized onions
Sour Cream
Cilantro
Sriracha hot sauce

your on the right track. I like to add a pico de gallo or chile verde, something with a great kick to it. I've also realized how important a true fresh corn tortilla make the dish.
