Wine Infused Oak - Pictures

Below are the "Blocks" these are NOT Wine Barrel "staves" - but are utilized in a separate wine making process where oak pieces are inserted into wine tanks and soaked for several years - infusing them with wine. Each block is roughly 1 1/2" x 2" x 3/8" thick - they are 100% oak soaked with various red wines.

Below are the "Beans" - same description as above, just smaller pieces - can be used in gas grill smoker boxes easier than the larger blocks. Each bean is roughly 3/8" square.

Here is a close up.

We mix them into the charcoal and let them smoke - fragrance in the smoke will change almost immediately.

I received some of your product I won from the BBQ Central Radio show. (Thanks Greg)
Cooked a chicken with some of your blocks.
Gave a great flavor. Funny as while cooking, I did not get much smell, but the chicken had a great sweet smoky flavor. I will definitely be ordering!
