Talking Thighs - O - Plenty


Despite a few snow showers.... I was back on the BDS for part of the weekend, and did a 24 count tray of thighs. These had the skin scraped, a sweet rub inside and Rudy's on the outside. I never turned them.

I Like your probe holder is that a magnet or is it bolted down to the grill?
